Because all CGI Estate, Targa and Sentinel windows and doors are custom made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns when the product delivered meets the specifications of the product ordered. After you make your order, we strongly recommend a free phone consultation with our experts to ensure that what you are ordering is exactly what you need and want. To receive a free consultation regarding your order, simply check the box in the options for any of they windows or doors you have ordered, letting us know what day and time you would like us to call, and we will call you to consult with you on your online order prior to custom making the windows and doors. We want to ensure you are completely happy with the windows and doors you receive. (If you know that you have ordered exactly want you want, choose the pay online option in the checkout, and we'll get right on it.)
Delivery
All deliveries of $3000 or more are free of charge to all of South Florida!
We are happy to be the only company that will deliver Hurricane Impact Resistant Windows and Doors, FREE OF CHARGE, to locations within 25 driving miles of 5475 Shirley St Naples, FL 34109, including, but not limited to, many locations in Ft. Myers, Estero, Ave Maria, Marco Island and Bonita Springs.
For destinations further away, for orders less than $3000, we have to start charging for gas, the truck and driving time. Please understand, we are a window company who delivers and have no interest in profiting on the delivery itself, so the delivery charge is kept to a charge-for-expenses only basis. For deliveries over 25 miles from 5475 Shirley St Naples, FL 34109 there is a charge of only about $.50 per mile for every mile, round trip.
