The Simple Buying Process
All CGI lines, Sentinel by CGI, Targa by CGI and the CGI Estate Collection, are custom made to your specifications.
Here are the 3 simple steps in purchasing any of the CGI custom windows or doors:
1. Look through our online store to make your selections and get your price.
2. If you are buying standard sized windows or doors, you may pay online with a credit card or through PayPal. You may also mail us a check or drop it by our store in Naples, FL.
(If you are buying a non-standard sized window, we will contact you with the exact price of your window or door. There is no additional cost associated with buying non-standard windows or doors; simply put, bigger products cost more, smaller products cost less. All windows and doors are custom-made.)
3. Sit back, relax, sip some sweet tea, and in 4-6* weeks from the day we receive payment, your windows will arrive on your doorstep. (We are also available for measuring and installation services.)**
* If CGI gets hit with a lot of orders at once and gets back-logged, they may add some time to your order, though usually not more than 2 weeks. We apologize for this inconvenience and will let you know as soon as we know. This is normal for any custom-made work in any industry.
** For orders of $3000 and above, we will deliver your order directly to your address, free of any shipping charge within our delivery area (special pricing for Monroe County). Currently that delivery area is ALL of South Florida. We will send out a specialist to check-in you order with you.
